Grand Canyon
This National Park is one of those places that transcends you to a space where you truly feel as though you are on another planet. There is no photograph or video that will ever do justice to how massive and mesmerizing this iconic canyon is.
If you have a few days to spend here, it will definitely be worth your time! Depending on what time of the year you visit, there may be limitations to what areas you can see. Just be mindful that the North Rim generally is only open between the months of May and October.
Be sure to have your hiking boots & cameras ready! There are hidden gems with the most breathtaking views around ever bend!

What to do at the Grand Canyon:
If you’re looking for things to do during your stay at the park this list is for you. Many of these places are drivable, some require hikes, and others require reservation or tickets ahead of time. With there being so many options, I suggest preplanning your trip with this list in order to maximize your time there, wether it is a quick day trip or you are planning on camping out for a few days.
West Rim, Skywalk at Eagle Point (drivable approx. 4 hours from South entrance)
Horseshoe Bend (drivable)
Bright Angel Hiking Trail (hike)
Toroweap Overlook (hike)
Havasupai Indian Reservation (reservations required)
Havasu Canyon (small hike)
Helicopter rides through the canyon (reservations & tickets required)
Camping at the bottom of the canyon, to get an amazing view of the stars. (reservations & tickets required) **great anniversary or birthday gift.

South Kaibab Trail (6 mile hike)
Tusayan Trail & Museum
Elves Chasm (challenging hike)
Kayaking through Marble Canyon (tickets required)
Yavapai Geology Museum (drivable)
